Oasis Sol is steps to famous 5th avenue, and just a few blocks from the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, banks, world-class shopping, tours, bus station, car rental and pharmacies all around just mere steps away. A car is not needed to explore the town, but we have a private underground parking space if you like to rent a car and explore surrounding areas.
Master bedroom has a king bed, luxurious en suite bathroom with rain shower head, loads of storage, TV, private balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds, access to balcony, loads of storage and a full luxurious bathroom with rain shower across the hall. The third bedroom is on the lovely rooftop... and totally private. It offers a Queen sized bed, couch (pull out if needed), stunning views, air conditioning and access to rooftop bathroom.
Relax in the open, airy and stylish Living room/dining room designed with a Caribbean flair and comfortable furniture. Living room with pull out couch, TV, and loads of storage has access to yet another large balcony with tropical plants.

I can't say enough about Nicole's penthouse suite Oasis Sol! First off, she rescued me and my family from a bad AirBnB situation by responding to my request to book with 20 minutes and then letting us check in within an hour or so to get out of a previously-booked house that had been inaccurately listed. When we got there it felt like a literal sanctuary! Beautiful, clean, well-equipped, cutest little plunge pool, awesome communal pool downstairs, good AC, black out curtains, smart TV, the works! Claudio, the property manager, was communicative and helpful. There was security in the building so we always felt safe (although PDC feels pretty safe already). We walked down to 5th Ave and the beach in 5 minutes but it was really nice to be set apart from the main drag because it was quiet and peaceful. I can't say enough good things about this spot! Thank you Nicole for sharing your home with us!

I would definitely recommend staying at Nicole’s condo. Photos don’t do it justice. Great location, smooth check-in, we would hear back within minutes of reaching out with any questions. The private roof top was amazing. We had 7 people stay in the condo and it was more than enough space. I will definitely be back!.
We had an absolutely incredible time staying at Nicole’s place Oasis Sol! We were with family for a week, including a five-year-old, and then friends for a second week, and the place suited both styles perfectly! The rooftop patio and plunge pool was perfect on hot days, and the main floor saltwater pool was our hangout spot for hours on end. so much to see, do and EAT within a 10 or 15 minute walk, we never ran out of new places to try. Highly recommend staying at Nicole’s if you have the chance!.
This place was perfect for our family of seven. Everyone slept in a very comfortable bed. The penthouse was nicely furnished and clean. All three rooms had a balcony. The rental was very well stocked. The icing on the cake was Claudio the property manager. He was very helpful and would answer quickly if I messaged him. Also the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of Quinta avenida and the grocery store. Definitely will stay here again!

From the day I did the booking the communication with the owner was excellent. Great location of the building. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooftop. Thanks Nicole and Claudio.
The condo was just what our party of 5 needed. We were 2 middle aged adults with 3 teens (17-21). Location was great in quiet area but close to stores, car rental agencies, and easy walk to the Quinta Avenida and beach. Community pool was not used much while we were there so always seats available. Roof area had a nice plunge pool and lots of seating. Note that there is no real shade, however, so use on really hot days was not an option. We just went to the beach or condo pool. Decor was great, beds confortable, kitchen was fantastic. Full sized fridge, dishwasher, range, etc. Had all the dishes and cookware you might need for a typical stay. Showers and bathrooms were really nice. Plenty of towels. Lots of closet and drawers for clothes. Would highly recommend this rental! Great property manager, too. He was easy to get ahold of with simple questions about things to do or items in the condo.
Second time at the complex and we have now stayed at three of the penthouse units. Quiet, private and everything you need to base your amazing holiday.
I am a hotel snob and these units check all the boxes.
Where do I start. This place was wonderful. The location was super convenient. The condo is near the beach and basically everything you need (walmart, el fogon, 5th avenue). The rooftop was amazing and had wonderful views of the city. It was beautifully appointed and my husband and I agreed that we would return to Playa only if we can stay here again. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded to any question that we had. It came with a parking spot.
